Exterior Insulation Finish System
A wall cladding system that provides an insulated, water resistant, rock-hard finish. Insulation is adhered or fastened to a substrate and outer surfaces are reinforced for impact resistance. A secondary drainage plane complies with Ontario Building Code criteria and systems are available for both rated and non-fire rated requirements. Each panel is uniquely engineered and pre-built in our warehouse so winter has less impact on construction schedules. Time on site is reduced allowing earlier occupancy compared to traditional build-on-site methods. Is your project right for prefab?

Overcladding
A premanufactured and cost effective cladding alternative to traditional masonry that can be used for interior and exterior applications. This versatile, lightweight, and fire resistant stone veneer comes in many sizes and styles and can be installed traditionally with mortar joints, or dry-stacked for a contemporary look.
